NHS Surrey Heath Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is proud to announce that it has been commended by Jeremy Hunt MP, Secretary of State for Health for performing as the best CCG across England in the NHS Staff Survey Engagement Score.

The Secretary of State for Health praised the organisation for achieving a result of 4.36 (out of 5) which is best in the country for the ‘Staff motivation at work’ and ‘Recommended as a place to work’ categories.

In most categories, staff scored the CCG more favourably in comparison to all other CCGs nationally.

Furthermore, results showed that staff felt low-levels of pressure from managers in regards to attending work when feeling unwell; low-levels of work-related stress and a 0 per cent score was recorded for ‘staff experiencing harassment, bullying or abuse from patients, relatives or the public in last 12 months’ when compared to all other CCGs.
